A flat $50 service call brings Alpha Mechanics to your driveway, office or roadside anywhere from Orlando to Lakeland, and it’s waived when you hire us for the repair. Need us to find the problem first? On-site diagnostics are $50, so a diagnosis-only visit is $100. We walk you through what we find before any repair begins.

No guessing what to do with old parts or dirty fluids. We take them with us and dispose of them responsibly, every time, for a small flat fee of $15.

We work even on the holidays
Car trouble doesn’t take a day off, and neither do we. While shops and dealerships close for the holidays, we’re still on the road. Book a visit when everyone else is closed.

Same-day finish guaranteed on most jobs
No dropping your car off and waiting days for a call back. Most jobs are started and finished on the same visit, right where your car is parked. If a special-order part or something unexpected means it can’t be done that day, we tell you right away and finish it at the next opening.

Parts referral
Ordering your
own parts?
Prefer to buy the parts yourself? These are stores we trust. Order there and we’ll install them at your visit.
- Send us the part number first. Add it to your booking notes or tell us what’s going on, and we’ll confirm it fits before you order.
- Warranty on the part is with the store. Parts you supply are installed at our discretion and aren’t covered by our labor warranty. If a part turns out wrong or defective, the labor time is still billed. See the service agreement.
- Rather we handle it? We can source the parts for you, and then our labor warranty applies.

To keep every job safe and properly warrantied, there are a few vehicles and jobs we don’t take on. If a booking turns out to be one of these, we’ll cancel it and refund your deposit. Not sure? Tell us what’s going on before you book.

Warranty
30-day labor
warranty.
If your car isn’t running right within 30 days or 1,000 miles of a repair (whichever comes first) and our workmanship is the cause, we’ll come back and make it right at no labor charge.
- Labor only. We warranty the work we perform, not parts. Parts aren’t covered whether we supply them, you supply them, or we recommend where to buy them; any parts warranty is between you and the seller or manufacturer. Labor on customer-supplied parts isn’t covered either.
- Unrelated failures. We’re responsible for the work we did. A separate component that fails during or after our visit and isn’t connected to our work isn’t covered, and the completed work is still due in full.
- Mileage on record. We record your odometer at the end of every job. Claims need your current mileage and a dashboard photo, and any odometer tampering voids the warranty.
- Paid in full. Coverage requires the original job to be paid in full. If payment for completed work is withheld, the warranty doesn’t apply and we may decline future service.
- Not covered: pre-existing defects; damage from misuse, accidents, neglect, low fluids or overheating; vehicles modified or worked on by anyone else afterward; normal wear on items like wipers, brake pads and filters; and diagnostics and inspections, which reflect the vehicle’s condition at the time of service.
